First time students should arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins.
Come on an empty stomach.
Avoid any sort of caffeine such as pop, coffee or tea since hydration is key.

Drink plenty of fresh water 24 hours before class to ensure you are properly hydrated.

Wear something light and fitted such as shorts, swimwear, sports bra.
Bring a yoga mat, 1 large towel and water.
